基于ANSYS Workbench的ZKB振动筛的模态分析与优化

Modal analysis and optimization of ZKB vibrating screen based on ANSYSWorkbench

摘要: 为了提高直线振动筛的使用寿命和改善运行过程中出现的一些问题,例如侧板开裂,筛梁和激振器大梁疲劳断裂等故障,以ZKB1548直线振动筛为研究对象,利用Solidworks软件建立三维实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件进行模态分析,发现该直线振动筛结构固有频率与工作频率接近,易发生疲劳破坏。利用ANSYS对该振动筛进行了结构的优化设计,使筛机工作频率与其结构固有频率有一定的安全距离,从而保证筛机的可靠运转。

Abstract: In order to improve the problems of linear vibrating screen life and improve the operation process, such as plate cracking, sieve beam and vibrator beam fatigue fracture failure.In this paper, ZKB1548 linear vibrating screen as the research object, using Solidworks software to build three-dimensional solid model, using ANSYSWorkbench software for modal analysis.It is known that the natural frequency of the linear vibrating screen is close to the working frequency.Using ANSYS to optimize the structure of the vibrating screen, so that the working frequency of the screening machine has a certain safe distance with the natural frequency of the structure, so as to ensure the reliable operation of the screen machine.
